Ross Ford

Ross Ford became the most-capped Scotsman in history when he won his 110th national team cap against Fiji in June 2016, overtaking the record held by former Edinburgh hero, Chris Paterson.

The British & Irish Lions hooker joined Edinburgh from Border Reivers in 2007. He made his debut against Connacht that year and has since made 179 appearances in the capital.

Ford endured a frustrating 2017/18 campaign after tearing his pectoral muscle whilst on Scotland duty in November, but has rehabed to be fit in time for the start of the new season.
